Adbux is one of my favorite PTC programs. It's easy. Payout is only at $10 which is a lot less than many others, and you can get paid via Paypal. You earn 1 cent for each site you view, and you earn 1 cent for each site your referrals view. They also offer an upgrade package which will increase those earnings by 50% to 1.5 cents for both. If I can get just a few active referrals, I think it would be worthwhile to upgrade for sure. Today they just launced a community forum, which is a pretty neat tool.
